Aiming to create a new style of hotel

Granbell Hotel was established in 2006 with the basic concept of "a hotel that fits the style of the town, satisfying all the people who gather there." Shibuya, Akasaka... Each town has its own unique culture. Shibuya's culture is full of sensibility, while Akasaka's culture is sophisticated. We aim to be a hotel that takes a leading role in the culture of each town.

A wide variety of people gather in search of the city's culture. Young people, adults, families, and overseas visitors... a diverse hotel stay that satisfies all of them... that is what Granbell Hotel strives for. It is a new style of hotel that breaks away from the existing hotel categories of business hotels, city hotels, and resort hotels.

A design concept that blends in with the culture of the city. Unique guest rooms with lofts. Artistic designs for each and every room. Granbell Hotel aims to be a hotel in a city that matches the style of the city.

Granbell Hotel's mission is to create a style hotel that fits into the town, and we believe that this will further enhance the charm of the town.

The staff at Granbell Hotel adhere to three hospitality mindsets.

In reality, there are many things we cannot do. However, our staff continues to think about how we can make things happen. We believe that these efforts will lead to further improvements in our service.
2. All staff members share customer requests and questions and provide a personal service.
We are a small hotel. The staff who serve in the morning and at night will share the situation, requests, and questions of each and every guest. All staff members will welcome and provide hospitality to all guests.
3. Our staff considers the happiness of our customers to be their happiness.
The happiness of our guests is the happiness of our staff - this is the origin of hospitality at Granbell Hotel.
