Furukawa x Yokohama Chef's Feast MoonLight 1st Anniversary Special Tasting Party

A special tasting event will be held for two nights only at MoonLight Hokkaido Bistro & Bar, the top floor restaurant of Sapporo Hotel by Grand Bell.

This special event will be different from our usual business hours and will allow you to experience the chef's techniques and the story of the ingredients.
In addition to Hokkaido ingredients such as Tokachi herb beef, shelled scallops, and surf clams, the restaurant also uses blue lobster from France.
Classic techniques are used to prepare dishes such as pate en croute and vol-au-vent, which take several days to complete, and even the sauces are carefully prepared without using pre-made products.

A course consisting of 10 dishes that condenses skill and rarity.
We will also be offering suggestions for wines to complement the dishes on the day.

In addition, live violin performances are held inside the store.
Enjoy a special moment as the night view and music overlap.

Beyond the large floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the city lights changing from dusk to night.

The interior features soft shadows created by carefully selected lighting and calm colors.
For these two nights, live violin music will quietly echo through the space.
