A special tasting event will be held for two nights only at MoonLight Hokkaido Bistro & Bar, the top floor restaurant of Sapporo Hotel by Grand Bell.
This special event will be different from our usual business hours and will allow you to experience the chef's techniques and the story of the ingredients.
In addition to Hokkaido ingredients such as Tokachi herb beef, shelled scallops, and surf clams, the restaurant also uses blue lobster from France.
