About accommodation

How far in advance can I book my stay?

There are no specific times, but we do have some discount plans available, such as early bird rates, so please check the details of each plan.

Can I stay in the same room for consecutive nights?

Yes, that is possible. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the availability of rooms.

Can minors stay at the hotel?

Minors are also welcome to stay.
However, if one minor (aged 16 to 18) or multiple minors are staying at the hotel, we ask that a "person with parental authority" submit a "Consent Form." A consent form is required for all guests.
Please download the "Consent Form for Minors to Stay" from the link below, have your legal guardian fill it out, and have the form submitted to the front desk when checking in on the day of your stay.

Are there non-smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking. (Please use the smoking area on the 1st floor for smoking.)

Is it possible to check in late at night?

Yes, that is possible. Please let us know your planned check-in time in advance.

Can I check in early?

This is available for a fee, depending on room availability. Please feel free to contact us for more details.

Can I extend my check-out time?

The normal check-out time is 11:00, but we can extend your check-out time up to 13:00 for a fee. If you would like to do so, please contact the front desk in advance. Please note that if you check out after the maximum extension time, you will be charged for one night.

Is there a curfew?

Nothing in particular. Front desk staff is available 24 hours a day.

Can I be put on a waiting list for cancellations?

We do not accept waiting lists for cancellations. Please call or check online for room availability at any time.

Can I confirm, change or cancel my reservation?

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you make a reservation directly through our official website or by phone or email, a cancellation charge of 20% of the basic accommodation fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before, 80% for cancellations on the day, and 100% for no-shows, in accordance with the accommodation terms and conditions. However, cancellation charges may differ depending on the plan. Please check the details of each plan.

*If you make a reservation through a reservation site other than our official website, the cancellation policy may differ from our hotel's accommodation terms and conditions. Please check with the reservation site you used to make the reservation. We will not be able to accept your request even if you contact the hotel to confirm.

Is breakfast available?

Yes, there are. However, this varies depending on the plan, so please check the details of each plan.

Can the hotel accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

The hotel strives to accommodate guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions. We recommend that you inform us of your specific needs in advance, preferably when making your reservation. While our restaurant staff will do their best to provide suitable options, please note that due to the nature of kitchen operations, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Do the displayed hotel reservation prices include consumption tax and service charges?

Yes, the displayed price includes service charge and consumption tax.

How do I pay for my stay?

Please pay the accommodation fee at the front desk when you check in. If someone other than the guest will be paying, the payment must be made before check-in. Please be sure to contact us in advance.

Can I use credit cards, mobile payments, or electronic money?

Yes, you can. Please check here for available payment methods.

My child is still small. How much will the accommodation fee be?

Accommodation for infants and small children sharing existing beds is free of charge. Children 6 years and older will be charged separately.

Can I issue an accommodation certificate?

We will prepare it at the front desk. It takes time to prepare it, so please let us know when you check in. We will give it to you when you check out.

Are there any currency exchange machines?

A 24-hour foreign currency exchange machine is located in front of the elevator on the first floor.

Is the building barrier-free? Is it wheelchair accessible?

Our hotel is not barrier-free. However, there are no steps from the guest rooms to the lobby or restaurant. We also have Universal rooms that are wheelchair accessible.
If you require a wheelchair, please contact us in advance.

Can I open the windows in my room?

The windows in the guest rooms cannot be opened for safety reasons.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel?

We will store your luggage only for guests staying at the hotel.
Please inform the front desk upon arrival and departure.
We can store your luggage after check-out, but we ask that you collect it on the same day.

Can I store refrigerated or frozen items at the hotel?

We are sorry, but we do not have refrigerators or freezers for stored items.

Can I send luggage to the hotel? Can I send luggage from the hotel?

Yes, it is possible. When sending luggage to the hotel, please be sure to pay the shipping fee prepaid (pay the shipping fee at the time of sending), write the name of the guest, the date of stay, and your contact information on the shipping slip, and send it to the address below.

If you would like your package delivered from the hotel, please ask at the front desk.

Is it possible to send luggage overseas from the hotel?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship overseas.
You can send it from the post office near the hotel.
The post office is closed on weekends, so please ask at the front desk for details.

If I am staying on a birthday or other special occasion, can you provide a cake or some other surprise?

We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please feel free to contact us for more details.

Are there any restaurants with private rooms?

We have a VIP room (private room) available at "roof top bar terrace G" on the 13th floor.
There are no private rooms at restaurant G on the 12th floor.

Do you have a crib?

We will provide them free of charge, so please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we have a limited number of bikes available, so you may not be able to use them.

Is there parking available?

We have parking space for 33 cars. Parking is available for 2,000 yen (tax included) per car per night.
