About accommodation

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

There are no specific times, but there are some discounted rates available, such as early booking discounts, so please check the hotel plan details.

Can I stay in the same room for consecutive nights?

Yes, that is possible. Please let us know when you make your reservation. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the availability of rooms.

Is cleaning provided if I stay multiple nights?

In keeping with our commitment to environmental conservation, rooms will be cleaned for guests staying 4 nights or more.
Towels, toothbrushes, and trash bags will be hung on the door every day, and other amenities will be provided at the front desk.

Can minors stay at the hotel?

Minors are also welcome to stay.
However, if one minor (aged 16 to 18) or multiple minors are staying at the hotel, we ask that the "parent" submit a "Consent Form." A consent form is required for all guests. Please download the "Consent Form for Minors' Accommodation" below, have the parent or guardian fill it out, and submit it to the front desk when checking in on the day.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. (Please use the smoking room on the 17th floor if you wish to smoke.)
Please note that if smoking or bringing in cigarette butts etc. is confirmed, we will charge you a room cleaning fee and a room damage fee.

Can I smoke in the rooms or inside the building?

All guest rooms at the hotel are non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking room on the 17th floor.

Are there connecting rooms?

We regret that we do not have connecting rooms available.

What should I do if I am late checking in?

Please contact us only if you plan to check in after midnight.
If your check-in time is before midnight, there is no need to notify us of any changes to your planned time. However, please note that if you check-in after midnight without notifying us in advance, your reservation may be canceled as you will not be staying there.

Is it possible to check in late at night?

Yes, that is possible. If you have made a reservation, please contact the hotel in advance to let us know your planned check-in time.
In addition, the automatic front and back entrance doors will be locked from midnight to 6:00.
Guests arriving after midnight are requested to notify us by using the intercom.

Can I check in early?

Depending on availability, the charge is 1,000 yen per room per hour. Please contact the hotel if you are interested.

Can I extend my check-out time?

We can extend your stay until 13:00 for a fee.
*¥2,000 per room per hour.
If you would like to do so, please contact the front desk in advance.
Please note that if you exceed the maximum extension time, you will be charged for one night.

*Please note that we may decline your request if the room is fully booked.

Is there a curfew?

Nothing in particular. Front desk staff is available 24 hours a day.
However, the automatic front and back entrance doors will be locked from midnight to 6:00.
You can unlock the room with your room key, so please don't forget to take it with you when you go out.

Can I wait for cancellations?

We do not accept waiting lists for cancellations. Please call or check online for room availability at any time.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, we do. In accordance with our hotel's accommodation agreement, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the basic accommodation fee if cancelled the day before, 80% if cancelled on the day, and 100% if cancelled without showing up. However, cancellation policies may differ depending on the plan. Please check the details of the hotel plan.

Is breakfast available?

Yes, there are. However, this varies depending on the plan, so please check the plan details.

Can the hotel accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

The hotel strives to accommodate guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions. We recommend that you inform us of your specific needs in advance, preferably when making your reservation. While our restaurant staff will do their best to provide suitable options, please note that due to the nature of kitchen operations, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Do the displayed room reservation prices include consumption tax and service charges?

Yes, the displayed price includes service charge and consumption tax.

How can I pay for my stay?

Please pay the accommodation fee at the front desk when you check in. If someone other than the guest will be paying, the payment must be made before check in. Please be sure to contact the hotel in advance.

What credit cards can I use to make payments?

We accept VISA, JCB, Mastercard, AMEX, UC, DC, NICOS, Diners Club, and UnionPay. For other cards, please contact the hotel.

My child is still small. How much will the accommodation fee be?

One child up to 5 years old can share a bed with one adult free of charge. Children 6 years old and over will be charged separately.

Is the building barrier-free? Is it wheelchair accessible?

Although it is not completely barrier-free, we do have Universal Twin rooms (barrier-free),
It is designed to be accessible to wheelchair users.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel?

We will store your luggage only for guests staying at the hotel.
Please inform the front desk upon arrival and departure.
If you are storing your luggage after check-out, please pick it up on the same day.

*It gets very crowded around check-in and check-out.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we will accommodate your requests on an on-going basis, and we appreciate your understanding.

Can I send luggage to the hotel? Can I send luggage from the hotel?

Yes, you can. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery when sending luggage to the hotel, so please make sure to send it with prepaid shipping (pay the shipping fee at the time of shipment).
In addition, please be sure to clearly write the "reservation name (guest name)," "date of stay," and "reservation number" on the slip and send it to the front desk.
Please contact the hotel in advance if you wish to ship your luggage.
If the above information is not provided and we are unable to confirm your reservation, we will be unable to collect your luggage.
Please note that if additional shipping charges are incurred, such as for redelivery, they will be borne by the customer.

Is it possible to send luggage overseas from the hotel?

We are sorry, but we do not ship overseas. The nearest post office is Sapporo Minami-Sanjo Post Office, which is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays.

There is a multi-storey car park at our hotel, which you can use.

Unfortunately, we do not have a reservation system and use is on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the parking lot is full, please use the nearby paid parking lot.

Can I watch foreign language programs on the TV in the guest rooms?

Unfortunately, foreign language broadcasts are not available, but you can watch YouTube on the TV in your room and use the mirroring (casting) function on your smartphone.

Can I exchange foreign currency?

There is a foreign currency exchange machine on the 1st floor that is available 24 hours a day.

How long can you keep lost or checked items?

We will keep any lost or forgotten items for up to one month. Any lost or forgotten items left behind after one month will be disposed of.
Lost property including cash, securities, precious metals and other valuables will be handled in accordance with the law.
In addition, beverages and food will be disposed of on the day.

I have a tattoo. Can I use the large public bath?

Guests with tattoos that can be covered with stickers or similar may use the large public baths.
