(1) This Internet reservation system (hereinafter referred to as "this system") is a system that enables customers to make reservations directly with hotels via the Internet. Anyone can search for information such as room availability for hotels registered in this system, but to make a reservation, you will need to register online.
(2) Registered customers can make reservations 24 hours a day.
(3) Your reservation information will be sent to the hotel’s e-mail address immediately after registration is completed.
(4) This system is available free of charge.
2. Reservation eligibility
(1) Anyone with an e-mail address for an Internet PC can make a reservation.
3. Customer registration
(1) Please register your personal information on the registration screen. A notification of completion of registration will be sent to the email address you provided. After that, you will be able to make reservations.
(2) Registration is free. There are no registration fees or annual fees or any other costs.
(3) We will never use your registered personal information without your permission, except in cases where we receive a request from a public institution (police, court, etc.).
4. Terms of Use
(1) The contract for use is concluded directly between the customer and the hotel.
(2) The contract is concluded when the customer confirms the details registered in the system and presses the button (switch) to officially register the reservation.
(3) The use of personal information you register will be limited to the purposes specified in advance, and will not be used beyond the scope of those purposes without your approval. However, this does not apply if requested by a public institution (police, court, etc.).
5. Payment of accommodation fees
Please pay the accommodation fee by cash or credit card upon check-in.
6. Changing or cancelling a reservation
(1) If there are any changes to your reservation, please use this system to promptly register the changes.
(2) If, due to unavoidable circumstances, you are unable to use this system, please contact the hotel directly. If you contact the hotel directly, no change or cancellation notice will be sent.
7. Cancellation fee
If you cancel your reservation, we will charge you a cancellation fee (cancellation charge) in the following proportion to the contract price. Cancellation fees may vary depending on the plan.
The day before: 20%
On the day: 80%
No-show: 100% (if no notice is received)
8. Hotel Liability and Disclaimer
(1) The Hotel is covered by Hotel Liability Insurance to cover the risk of fire, etc.
(2) When the Hotel is unable to provide a contracted room to a Guest, it will, with the Guest's consent, arrange accommodation of similar standards elsewhere for the Guest, wherever possible.
(3) If, notwithstanding the above provisions, the Hotel is unable to arrange alternative accommodation for the Guest, the Hotel will not charge any accommodation fees thereafter, including the accommodation fees for the day on which the Hotel is no longer able to provide the Guest with accommodation. However, this does not apply when the inability to provide a room is due to reasons beyond the control of the Hotel.
9. Payment of accommodation fees
Other terms and conditions of use will be governed by the hotel's accommodation agreement.
