The following cases have occurred when making reservations through overseas booking sites.
For accommodation reservations made through certain overseas travel booking sites (such as agoda, Expedia, Booking.com, etc., hereinafter referred to as "eligible overseas booking sites"), the hotel may offer available rooms to other travel booking sites (hereinafter referred to as "affiliated booking sites") for sale to customers in accordance with a contract with the affiliated booking sites.
In such cases, the hotel may have difficulty confirming or determining your reservation due to the following reasons:
・Reservation information is not sent to the hotel from the overseas booking site, or is sent later than the customer's arrival at the hotel, making it impossible for the hotel to confirm the reservation.
- There is a discrepancy between the contents of the reservation completion email sent to the customer and the reservation information notified to the hotel (room type, reservation number, etc.).
- Sometimes they are sold at prices significantly higher than the hotel's set accommodation fee.
For these reasons, if we are unable to confirm your reservation upon your arrival, it may take some time to confirm your stay or we may have to refuse your reservation.
Additionally, when checking reservations on "eligible overseas booking sites," please note the following:
For reservations made through eligible overseas booking sites, due to procedural reasons, we are unable to confirm, change or cancel any reservations (including prepayment by credit card) even if you contact the hotel directly.
To confirm, change, or cancel your reservation, please contact the overseas booking site where you made your reservation.
