Cancellation Policy
・For cancellations made after 9 PM the day before, 80% of the reserved menu price will be charged.
・In case of same-day cancellation, 100% of the reserved menu price will be charged.
Regarding delays in appointment times
If you are going to be late for your appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened.
If you do not arrive more than 20 minutes late for your reservation, your reservation will be automatically canceled and you will be charged 100% of the price of the reserved menu item.
(Please note that even if we shorten the treatment time, you will still be charged the full price of the service you booked.)
Regarding online reservations
- We do not provide indoor wear (for non-visitors).
・For guests staying overnight, we recommend a plan that does not include access to the hot spring and spa facilities.
・When booking a course, please indicate in the comments section whether you would like to use the spa before or after your treatment. If you wish to use the spa before your treatment, please also indicate your arrival time. If two people are using the spa, please make separate reservations and write the name of your companion in the comments section.
・We do not offer taxi dispatch or calling services. If you require a taxi, please arrange it yourself using a ride-hailing app or similar service.
・We receive many reservations and inquiries from evening to night (especially after 8:00 PM). Depending on the day, we may not be able to accommodate your desired time, so we recommend making your reservation as early as possible.
