A short cocktail featuring ice containing edible flowers, topped with Hokkaido-produced craft gin mixed with tonic or soda. Choose from four different craft gins.

■Key Features
Making this a hands-on cocktail allows you to enjoy the process of choosing and pouring the cocktail yourself. One of the charms of this cocktail is that as the ice melts, the flowers inside are beautifully revealed. To celebrate our 20th anniversary, we envisioned it as a "bouquet" of flowers.

This drink uses Hokkaido-produced craft gin, allowing you to enjoy the changing flavors as the ice melts, while also appreciating the natural beauty of Hokkaido.

SORA Special Live Music ~Violin and Piano Concert~

This will be the first time that the hotel will host a live music concert.
This is a special moment where you can enjoy the delicate and gorgeous harmony of the violin and piano together with the night view.

The performers will be the ensemble group Sora.
We will be presenting a heartwarming performance by violinist Rie Tajima and pianist Tomoko Maeda.

Each performance is scheduled to last approximately 30 minutes, so please enjoy the music while enjoying some food and drinks.

For reservations made through eligible overseas booking sites, due to procedural reasons, we are unable to confirm, change or cancel any reservations (including prepayment by credit card) even if you contact the hotel directly.
To confirm, change, or cancel your reservation, please contact the overseas booking site where you made your reservation.
