Beware of phishing scams
It has been confirmed that "spam emails (spoofing emails)" pretending to be from our hotel have been sent since May 22, 2024.
If you receive an email from our hotel saying "I don't recognize this message," "Please re-enter your reservation information," or "We are requesting you to enter your credit card information," it may be that you have been directed to a phishing site or have been involved in unauthorized access. Please do not click on any URLs in the body of the email or view any attachments.
The hotel will never send you an email requesting your credit card number or making a payment (unless you actually need to use a credit card).
We apologize for any concern and inconvenience caused to our customers, and ask that you continue to be vigilant against these scams.
*What is phishing fraud?
This refers to the act of stealing important information such as credit card numbers and account information (user ID, password, etc.) by sending e-mails from a spoofed sender or by linking the fake e-mails to a fake homepage.

■About TV replacement work
Period: May 11th (Mon) - May 29th (Fri)
During this period, we will gradually replace your existing smart TVs with the latest models.
Therefore, the TV specifications may vary depending on the room you stay in.
Please note that rooms equipped with the latest smart TVs cannot receive terrestrial television broadcasts.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.
We have introduced self-service check-in machines to provide our customers with a smoother and more comfortable check-in experience.
After your reservation is complete, we will send you advance check-in instructions to your registered email address approximately 3 days before your stay.
Access the URL in the email and enter your name and other necessary information to be issued a QR code for advance check-in.
Upon arrival, simply hold this QR code over the automatic check-in machine to be issued a room key (card key), completing the check-in process smoothly.
If you have a prepaid reservation or are using a credit card, you can complete the check-in process more easily using the self-service kiosks.
If you have any questions about how to operate the machine, don't worry, our staff will be happy to help you.
